Payment : all the ammount must be payed in advance through by bank.
Cancellation : the reservation can be cancelled free of charge with written nottice up to 30 days prior the start of the booked period, after this term the down payment will be completely kept as a refound, or, in case of different agreement with the booking office, " frozen " for a future stay, in any case the ammount already payed is not refoundable

Deposit of € 100,00 credit card cash money in case of damages or problem caused, and will be released after the inspection the ause

The price include electricity,cold and warm water, one car and the number of the people included in the price. Any other person will pay such as normal price list.
The bedding is on demand.
